Physical Appearance

As a non-protein reagent, has much higher inhibiting activity to RNases. FEATURES:(1) Effectively inactivate up to 1ug/ml RNases in 20 min at 60 ° C. (2) No side reactions for further downstream experiments. (3) No further autoclave is required. (4) Simple to use. Directly add concentrated 20X RNase-Be-Gone C Solution to the sample (solution) in a ratio of 1:20(v / v) and incubate at 60 ° C for 10-20 minutes. The resulting samples cooled down at 40 ° C are ready to use or store at -20 ° C for a long term storage. The 20Xsolution is stable at -20° C for 6 months.
