General Description |
RNA isolated with Trizol may be contaminated by DNA which will interfere in RT-PCR and Northern Blot. Although DNase may remove DNA from RNA solution, trace contamination RNase in DNase may degrade RNA in sample. This problem can easily be solved by using non-enzyme reagent DNA-Be-Gone. This product is especially fit for removal of DNA from microRNA |
