| TotalBLOT? Northern Kits are complete kits for electrophoresis and transfer of RNA samples onto a nylon membrane using high salt buffer. Each kit provides all of the necessary reagents for the detection and analysis of nucleic acids. The kits are available with (E685) or without (E679) positively charged nylon membranes. All the reagents are tested for nuclease contamination to ensure quality results. Kits include:Agarose I?, 10g; MOPS, 10X, 2 x 500mL; 37% Formaldehyde, 200mL; Formamide, 10mL; and SSC Buffer, 20X, 4L; and Total-BLOT+? Nylon Membranes. |
