TotalBLOT? Southern Kits are complete kits for electrophoresis and transfer of DNA samples onto a nylon membrane using high salt buffer. Each kit provides all of the necessary reagents for the detection and analysis of nucleic acids. The kits are available with or without positively charged nylon membranes. All the reagents are tested for nuclease contamination to ensure quality results. TotalBlot+ ? nylon blotting membranes are also available and provide high binding capacity and are resistant to tearing and cracking. Kits include:Agarose 1?, 10 g; TBE (Tris-Borate-EDTA) Buffer, 10X, 1 L Pack Depurination Solution, 1 L; Denaturing Solution, 1 L; Neutralizing Solution, 1 L; SSC Buffer, 20 x 4 L and TotalBLOT?
