General Description

Real-time PCR (qPCR) is an extremely sensitive technique for quantification of nucleic acids. It is important that choice endogenous reference genes for your experiment in different cell types, developmental stages, and/or sample treatment.We design 15 Rat Endogenous Reference Genes Primers according to the published sequences on GenBank. BLAST searches and test were performed to con?rm the total gene speci?city of the primer sequences, and the results showed the absence of multi-locus matching at the primer site. These primers are used for normalization of target gene expression for more accurate results.
